What you will do

• Deliver deep customer behavior insights to shape the design of products and services.
• Perform advanced quantitative analyses to quantify the impact of customer-facing changes.
• Collaborate within a multi-functional squad (product, design, user research) to align analytics with design initiatives.
• Act as a data champion, educating creative partners on the role of data in the design process.
• Validate qualitative research hypotheses using quantitative data.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a data analyst or data scientist.
• Excellent proficiency in SQL.
• Proven track record of delivering actionable customer insights.
• Strong understanding of financial services and the LBG data landscape.
• Ability to translate data into compelling stories.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker or Power BI.
• Knowledge of core statistical approaches and analytical methods.
• Experience with Python.
• Predictive modelling experience.
