What you will do

  • Analyse marketing campaign performance across digital channels.
  • Provide insights on customer acquisition, LTV, attribution, engagement, and retention.
  • Support segmentation and targeting strategies through data analysis.
  • Build automated data pipelines and Looker dashboards to enable data self-service.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and domain owner for all marketing data questions.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver significant commercial impact.

Requirements

  • Strong background in marketing analytics with experience owning end-to-end strategy.
  • Proven expertise in experimentation, A/B testing, and attribution modeling.
  • Deep hands-on experience with the marketing analytics stack (GA, GTM, Braze, AppsFlyer, Firebase).
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience modifying/maintaining data pipelines (DBT, Airflow or equivalent).
  • Strong visualization skills using Looker for building self-serve reporting.
  • Ability to influence and advise senior/executive stakeholders using data to shape strategy.
