IT Support Intern

TL;DR

IT Support Intern (Enterprise IT): Providing hands-on technical support and maintaining IT infrastructure for the Warsaw office with an accent on hardware maintenance and user assistance. Focus on troubleshooting hardware components, managing device inventory, and resolving support tickets via Jira.

Location: On-site in Warsaw, Poland (minimum 30 hours per week)

What you will do

• Set up and maintain IT equipment, including laptops, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for employees in the Warsaw office.
• Troubleshoot and replace basic hardware components.
• Maintain and support conference room devices such as Logitech and ASUS Google Meet.
• Manage inventory records and organize the hardware base.
• Track and respond to support tickets using Jira Cloud.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of computers and basic IT systems.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS installation, user account creation, and peripheral connectivity.
• Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Well-developed communication skills for explaining technical issues to non-technical users.
• Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Must be available for on-site work in Warsaw.

Nice to have

• Experience with tech setup or troubleshooting for friends or family.
• Curiosity about tools such as Intune, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, or Google Workspace.
• Passion for gadgets, technology, and improving user experience.
