What you will do

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of approximately 10 engineers, balancing senior experts and junior professionals.
• Drive cultural and organizational change to foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal procedures.
• Promote a data-driven and fact-based approach to quality performance and decision-making.
• Act as a cross-functional bridge to ensure quality is embedded throughout the organization.
• Monitor production quality data, lead problem-solving activities, and manage deviations for end products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Master's level is a plus).
• Quality Leadership experience in complex high-tech industries, preferably in Semiconductors.
• In-depth knowledge of quality tools: 6Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, SPC, 4D/8D, APQP/PPAP.
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management capabilities.
• Familiarity with quality systems and QESH standards.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
