What you will do

• Define and manage Design Tokens for colors, spacing, and visual foundations.
• Create and evolve core component libraries in Figma, ensuring governance across teams.
• Establish digital accessibility guidelines based on WCAG principles for inclusive user experiences.
• Facilitate technical validation and design-to-development handoff with clear documentation.
• Plan and execute communication strategies for Design System releases and updates.
• Analyze adoption metrics and optimize design workflows through automation and AI.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, libraries, tokens, and variables.
• Strong knowledge of Design Token structures, semantic naming, and theming.
• Experience applying digital accessibility principles and WCAG guidelines.
• Proven ability to create clear documentation for component behaviors and guidelines.
• Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary product, design, and engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Basic front-end knowledge to improve collaboration with developers.
• Experience using AI tools or creating automations to optimize design processes.
