What you will do

• Design high-performance websites and landing pages with a focus on Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed scores.
• Create and optimize digital assets for vehicle images, website banners, social media, and marketing materials.
• Implement modern web formats like WebP and AVIF, applying proper compression and sizing.
• Maintain website layouts by updating campaigns, content, and visual elements.
• Review design deliverables to identify technical optimization opportunities and visual improvements.
• Support the development of internal products and services based on business needs.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and a consistent visual approach.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Solid knowledge of web image optimization and modern formats (WebP, AVIF).
• Experience using performance analysis tools such as PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, or GTmetrix.
• Expertise in mobile-first and responsive digital experiences.
