What you will do

• Create and maintain design system components and asset libraries in Figma using interaction design best practices.
• Develop high-quality, responsive UI designs that balance usability, accessibility, and delightful user experiences.
• Produce comprehensive component documentation and manage design tokens.
• Champion the design system's adoption across D2C platforms, working closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers.
• Contribute to the overall design system strategy and support team-level decision-making.
• Balance user needs and business goals while ensuring strict accessibility compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a UX/UI role.
• Expert knowledge of Figma, including auto layout, components, variables, and library management.
• Strong understanding of atomic design principles and front-end development practices.
• Experience designing according to WCAG or A11y accessibility guidelines.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the London office at least 50% of the time.
