What you will do
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from business clients, buyers, and sellers to provide professional support.
- Guide customers through identity checks, online forms, and AML verification processes.
- Review and process AML, KYC, and KYB cases using internal software for individuals and corporate entities.
- Manage and triage inquiries via Zendesk, ensuring accurate documentation and timely escalation of urgent matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet strict property transaction deadlines.
- Identify recurring customer issues and recommend process improvements to reduce backlogs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, call center operations, or service delivery.
- Strong spoken and written English with a clear, professional phone manner.
- Experience using Zendesk or similar CRM/ticketing platforms.
- Availability to work Australian business hours (AEST).
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with frustrated or anxious customers.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote working environment.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in AML, KYC, KYB, or financial crime operations.
- Background in fintech, banking, conveyancing, or legal services.
- Experience supporting Australian customers specifically.
- Availability to work a Wednesday-to-Sunday schedule.
