What you will do

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls from business clients, buyers, and sellers to provide professional support.
  • Guide customers through identity checks, online forms, and AML verification processes.
  • Review and process AML, KYC, and KYB cases using internal software for individuals and corporate entities.
  • Manage and triage inquiries via Zendesk, ensuring accurate documentation and timely escalation of urgent matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet strict property transaction deadlines.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and recommend process improvements to reduce backlogs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, call center operations, or service delivery.
  • Strong spoken and written English with a clear, professional phone manner.
  • Experience using Zendesk or similar CRM/ticketing platforms.
  • Availability to work Australian business hours (AEST).
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with frustrated or anxious customers.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote working environment.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in AML, KYC, KYB, or financial crime operations.
  • Background in fintech, banking, conveyancing, or legal services.
  • Experience supporting Australian customers specifically.
  • Availability to work a Wednesday-to-Sunday schedule.
