Staff AI Deployment Engineer (AI), Singapore

Location: Based in Singapore, with flexibility to travel onsite to customer locations

What you will do

• Design, build, deploy, monitor, and improve agentic AI workflows using multi-step agents, tool and function calling, retrieval-augmented generation, and orchestration frameworks.
• Connect agents to customer data sources, APIs, systems of record, permissions, and operational guardrails.
• Lead customer implementations from scoping and integration through validation, go-live, adoption, and handoff to support.
• Build API integrations, data handoffs, automations, internal tooling, and reusable implementation playbooks.
• Run technical working sessions and translate customer business problems into requirements, specifications, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate engineering, data science, product, and customer success teams while managing implementation roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of customer-facing technical delivery experience in implementation, engineering, professional services, technical program management, or product management.
• Experience shipping complex technical projects with external stakeholders under real deadlines.
• Working proficiency in Python or a comparable language, plus fluency with SQL and data validation.
• Hands-on experience building or deploying agentic AI systems, including LLM agents, tool and function calling, retrieval-augmented generation, or multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience with prompt engineering, agent evaluation, APIs, Git workflows, cloud-hosted systems, and AI-assisted coding tools.
• Understanding of data pipelines, data modeling, and ML systems, with the ability to coordinate technical delivery across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in global trade, supply chain, customs, or trade compliance.
• Enterprise software implementation experience at scale.
• Exposure to Spark, Databricks, large-scale data processing, internal tooling, or formal product management.
