What you will do

• Design fire safety and develop products for timber buildings (building class 4 and 5).
• Implement advanced solutions within the residential Building Product.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Engineering, MEP, Building Physics, Acoustics, and Energy Design.
• Develop and improve short-term and long-term certification strategies.
• Design and coordinate physical tests in the prototyping center and with external testing institutes.
• Communicate with external consultants and authorities, contributing to the advancement of fire safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in German and Austrian fire safety regulations and codes.
• Project experience in LP5+ stages in Germany and/or Austria.
• Experience in timber construction.
• Fluent English and German skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in residential buildings of building class 4 and/or 5.
• Experience in product certification.
• Proficiency in Rhino, Revit, or AutoCad.
