TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (3 days office, 2 days home). Relocation budget available for candidates from abroad.

What you will do
- Maintain and improve build system performance and code integration processes.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows using TeamCity and Horde.
- Administer Perforce version control and provide technical support to the development team.
- Develop and integrate infrastructure tools to streamline release processes.
- Analyze game production workflows to identify and implement automation opportunities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for build and release procedures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of programming experience, with at least 3 years focused on DevOps tasks.
- Proficiency in Python and knowledge of C++ or C#.
- Experience with Docker, Linux, and Bash scripting.
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
- Knowledge of Perforce version control.
- English and Polish: B2 level required.
- Location: Must be based in or relocate to Warsaw, Poland.
Nice to have
- Experience in the gamedev industry.
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine.
- Experience as a Linux and version control systems administrator.
