What you will do

• Contribute to product development and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Proven customer service skills and experience.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Business acumen with an understanding of the financial services industry.
