What you will do

• Design and configure business systems and analytics solutions for low to medium complexity applications.
• Build SAC dashboards, stories, and models to enable data-driven decision-making across organization functions.
• Implement reporting solutions using SAP Datasphere and SAP S/4 HANA data structures.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and guide workflow design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align business needs with system delivery.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and provide mentorship to peer analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or 12 years of relevant experience).
• 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
• Must be located in or able to travel between local hirify.global locations in Madison, WI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard computer skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards and models.
• 2+ years of experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP S/4 HANA (CDS views preferred).
• Knowledge of BTP and Clean Core philosophy.
• Understanding of data governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
