What you will do

  • Review and validate service contracts, ensuring accurate structure, billing, and system linkage.
  • Govern contract creation and activation within SAP S/4HANA.
  • Manage third-party vendor contract alignment and support service order creation.
  • Ensure warranties are correctly linked to functional locations and applied in service processes.
  • Monitor financial controls and support monthly activities like cost settlement and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with finance, project teams, and delivery organizations to ensure contractual compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, service operations, or warranty administration.
  • Demonstrated experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle and warranty management.
  • Ability to interpret contract entitlements and apply them to service delivery.
  • Financial and cost management acumen with an understanding of revenue recognition models.
