What you will do

• Conduct business assurance assessments within authorized specialisms according to current procedures.
• Lead multi-disciplinary and international assessment teams to ensure timely completion and coordinated findings.
• Produce high-quality assessment and summary reports in compliance with accreditation requirements.
• Identify sales leads and promote higher-value services while building strong client relationships.
• Mentor and coach junior auditors and lead assessors to develop their professional skills.
• Participate in auditor meetings, develop training materials, and contribute to product development.

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of management systems and their application via a business assurance approach.
• Qualification to assess against multiple major standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001.
• Substantial experience in third-party system-level and process-level auditing.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
