What you will do

• Own and execute the JDM engagement and operating model across multiple programs.
• Lead supplier capability assessments, technical due diligence, and qualification processes.
• Manage engineering engagement with JDM suppliers to improve performance and execution maturity.
• Standardize JDM processes, governance tools, and best practices across the organization.
• Coach engineering and project teams on JDM methodologies and knowledge sharing.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key JDM suppliers alihirify.globaled with product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in consumer electronics or related industries.
• Proven experience working with ODM, OEM, EMS, or JDM partners.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle from concept to mass production.
• Experience in engineering process improvement and conducting technical due diligence.
• English: Fluent (written and spoken) required.
• Ability to travel internationally (approx. 10–20%).
