Salary: $990,600.00 - $1,300,000.00 MXN (annual base)

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of significant GenAI features, from requirement clarification to shipping and iteration.
- Build and maintain reliable production services and workflows that support AI features.
- Define and automate quality metrics, test strategies, and evaluation approaches for AI components.
- Run structured experiments and translate results into tangible product improvements.
- Improve operational readiness through deployment automation, monitoring, and cost optimization.
- Mentor teammates through design feedback, code reviews, and practical technical guidance.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
- 3+ years of experience shipping production software within product teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, including APIs and data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms, CI/CD, and observability tools.
- Must be based in or available to work from Guadalajara, Mexico.
Nice to have
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and vector search (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus).
- Knowledge of LLMOps, including experiment tracking and latency optimization.
- Proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI.
- Contributions to open source projects, technical blogs, or speaking at conferences.
