What you will do

• Drive metric and KPI definition consistency across the FP&A organization to ensure a single source of truth.
• Build and ship Claude-powered applications that automate financial analysis and provide self-service intelligence.
• Partner with FP&A teams to standardize financial business processes and reporting cycles.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data engineering teams.
• Validate metric logic and ensure data accuracy within the semantic layer.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting stakeholders to identify reporting needs and platform gaps.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, finance/revenue analytics, or related roles in a SaaS environment.
• Deep working knowledge of SaaS finance metrics such as ARR, CMRR, NRR, GRR, and CAC/LTV.
• Proven ability to build applications using LLM APIs, specifically Anthropic Claude.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding SQL to validate logic and partner with engineers.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to document complex logic and partner with stakeholders.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on documentation and shared understanding.

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude Code, Anthropic API, or MCP-based tool integration.
• Exposure to Snowflake, dbt, or Cortex Analyst.
• Familiarity with semantic layer concepts and metric definition frameworks.
• Experience with ERP systems like Sage Intacct or NetSuite.
