Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mass Hiring)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end mass hiring processes to achieve recruitment targets across multiple functions and locations.
• Build and maintain high-volume candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and hiring events.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through efficient and consistent recruitment workflows.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates) to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to manage candidate databases and streamline operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment for sales, operations, or customer service roles.
• Experience hiring for commission-based roles (real estate, insurance, etc.) is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Must be based in Jakarta for hybrid work.

• Elementary proficiency in English.
