What you will do

• Manage the production and delivery of all animation assets for the project.
• Supervise and prioritize tasks for the animation team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Oversee relationships and identify risks within the outsourcing pipeline.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and technical teams to define objectives and establish workflows.
• Provide mentorship and professional guidance to the animation team.
• Troubleshoot animation issues across departments and lead the development of rapid prototypes.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of animation principles and character anatomy.
• Proficiency in Maya or 3DS MAX.
• Proven experience in leadership or mentoring throughout a full game development cycle.
• Experience with scheduling and managing external outsourcing partners.
• General understanding of rigging and game engine integration.
• English language proficiency is required.

• Proficiency in Chinese.
