What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of junior and senior 3D/2D artists.
• Establish and optimize art production pipelines in coordination with clients.
• Ensure the technical and artistic quality of all project deliverables.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding artistic and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with producers and Art Directors to define and achieve project art goals.
• Participate in team training and development initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in the video game industry.
• Must have shipped 1-2 AAA games.
• Mastery of industry-standard software including 3ds Max or Maya, Photoshop, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer, and Marvelous Designer.
• Strong knowledge of game engines, specifically Unreal and Unity.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proven ability to create and optimize art pipelines.
