What you will do

• Understand client requirements and provide animation style guidance to the production team.
• Oversee visual animation direction and quality control for client projects.
• Build trust and clear communication channels with clients and internal teams.
• Assist with project estimation, team feedback, and pipeline development.
• Lead and mentor animation teams by example and instruction.
• Coordinate resources and projects across multiple internal and external 3D art teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Beijing, China
• Language: Excellent Chinese and English (written and verbal) skills required
• 3+ years of art leadership experience in game or related entertainment industry.
• Strong experience with game animation production and industry-standard tools.
• Proficiency in multiple software packages and game engines (3DS Max, Maya, Zbrush, Unreal, Unity).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide and receive feedback effectively.
