What you will do

  • Design and enhance B2C web and mobile user experiences focused on growth and conversion optimization.
  • Optimize onboarding, subscription journeys, paywalls, trial-to-paid funnels, and monetization flows.
  • Translate user research, behavioral insights, and product analytics into effective design solutions.
  • Develop and validate design hypotheses through A/B testing and continuous experimentation.
  • Build and evolve scalable design systems and reusable components across multiple products.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design, specifically for B2C digital products.
  • Proven track record of creating performance-focused journeys (onboarding, paywalls, retention flows).
  • Hands-on experience with product experimentation and A/B testing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design Systems).
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

  • Experience with subscription-based products or growth-focused organizations.
  • Experience designing for the US market.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
  • Experience working within remote international teams.
