What you will do

• Take ownership of design problems from discovery through delivery.
• Lead design efforts or contribute as an individual contributor depending on project needs.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into testable design solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and strategic planning sessions with stakeholders.
• Iterate on designs based on usability validation and live implementation feedback.
• Mentor other designers and build durable relationships with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland, Romania, or Brazil.
• 6–10+ years of Product Design experience, preferably in consultancy or agency settings.
• Proven track record of improving existing products with measurable wins in usability or conversion.
• Strong visual and UI judgment for complex forms, workflows, and data-intensive interfaces.
• Ability to articulate design decisions to audiences ranging from engineers to executives.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and leading strategic planning sessions.

Nice to have

• Background in regulated or enterprise domains like finance, compliance, or banking.
• Experience designing software embedded within third-party platforms.
• Familiarity with mature component libraries like MUI.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience mentoring and leveling up other designers.
