Principal / Senior Product Manager (Web3): Developing and optimizing growth strategies for the APAC crypto exchange market with an accent on user acquisition and retention. Focus on owning affiliate/KOL growth channels and optimizing the full user trading journey across App and Web.

What you will do
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities across APAC markets based on trading behaviors and regulatory requirements.
- Own and optimize affiliate, referral, and KOL-driven growth channels, including commission models and tracking.
- Optimize the full user trading journey from discovery and onboarding to post-trade asset analysis.
- Develop go-to-market product strategies tailored to diverse APAC user segments.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Data teams to translate user insights into shipped product features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing crypto, trading, or fintech products.
- Proven experience at a Centralized Exchange (CEX) with deep knowledge of spot and derivatives trading.
- Strong understanding of affiliate and referral growth models in the crypto industry.
- Deep familiarity with the APAC crypto market landscape and regional user behaviors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Direct experience building and scaling affiliate/referral programs at a crypto exchange.
- Hands-on trading experience in crypto derivatives (futures, perpetual swaps, options).
- Familiarity with on-chain analytics, token economics, and DeFi/CeFi dynamics.
