TL;DR

Product Designer (SaaS): Crafting communication and child development experiences for educators and parents with an accent on deepening parent engagement and user-centered design. Focus on building durable design systems, solving complex user journeys, and leveraging AI tools for prototyping.

Location: Hybrid in Copenhagen, Denmark (default 4 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Lead the design of parent communication and child development features to increase engagement.
  • Conduct user research and leverage data to identify customer needs and inform design decisions.
  • Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and user journeys with a strong UX foundation.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver handover-ready designs based on design systems.
  • Experiment with AI tools like Cursor and Claude to optimize discovery and prototyping workflows.
  • Facilitate feedback loops and take full ownership of the design process from discovery to shipping.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product design for B2B SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of owning the full design lifecycle from initial discovery to validation.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and experience using AI-assisted design tools.
  • Advanced skills in interaction and visual design that scale across multiple platforms.
  • Basic to proficient code literacy, including familiarity with Git and CLI.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Copenhagen office.
