Senior Product Designer (Mobility)

Location: Hybrid (Berlin, Germany) — at least 12 monthly in-office days required

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design initiatives for a specific sub-domain within the Driver team.
• Create prototypes and validate ideas through iterative testing.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate driver insights into product decisions.
• Present structured design thinking and strategic roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to and evolve the company-wide design system to raise the quality bar.
• Balance speed with craft across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping digital products at scale.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design and systems thinking.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and various research tools.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in or able to work from Berlin, Germany.
