TL;DR
Platform Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes): Building and supporting scalable cloud infrastructure and internal developer platforms with an accent on Kubernetes automation, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS services. Focus on designing multi-tenant platforms, implementing SRE practices, and optimizing observability for distributed systems.
Location: Hybrid (hubs in 7 cities)

What you will do
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Perform Kubernetes administration, including Ingress, networking, and RBAC.
- Implement and enhance monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch (SLO, SLI, SLA).
- Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) utilizing Terraform, CloudFormation, or Crossplane.
- Apply SRE practices including incident response, automation, and reliability engineering.
- Build platform APIs, automation tooling, and internal developer platforms, ideally using Backstage.
Requirements
- AWS Associate level certification or substantial professional experience.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes (EKS), including administrative tasks and building operators or controllers.
- Proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDKS.
- Experience with GitOps practices using ArgoCD, Flux, Helm, or Kustomize.
- Solid understanding of Linux and distributed systems architecture.
- Competency in programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript.
Nice to have
- Kubernetes Application Developer certification.
- Experience with AI platforms and MLOps stacks such as KServe, Istio, MCP, agent runtimes, and MLflow.
