What you will do

• Own the strategic roadmap for the Internal Developer Platform (IDP) and integrate AI/LLM-backed agentic workflows.
• Drive a platform-as-a-product strategy to deliver self-service capabilities and abstract infrastructure complexity.
• Provide architectural governance for Kubernetes orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform-based IaC.
• Collaborate with studio tech leads to identify bottlenecks and implement automated solutions to elevate developer velocity.
• Establish incident management strategies, SLA/SLO frameworks, and blameless post-mortem processes.
• Provide Tier 2 support for complex platform-level issues and conduct deep-dive root cause analysis.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience building internal developer platforms or Kubernetes-based tooling.
• Expert-level mastery of Kubernetes architecture, operators, and controllers.
• Deep experience with AWS and/or GCP managing mission-critical production workloads.
• Advanced proficiency in Go, Python, Java, or Rust.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 rotational on-call schedule.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the gaming industry supporting AAA multiplayer backend services.
• Experience driving organizational maturity in agentic workflows and autonomous operations.
