What you will do

• Develop and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and train operators for safe execution.
• Oversee raw material procurement and inventory control to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing process issues, classify deviations, and make rework decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for finished products deployed to international customers.
• Act as the primary technical contact for product-related claims, failures, or malfunctions post-deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer science, or a similar engineering discipline.
• Experience with embedded system products such as ECU or audio devices.
• Solid understanding of Linux and electronics fundamentals.
• English work proficiency (or Japanese work proficiency combined with English reading and writing skills).
• Must be able to work on-site in Tokyo, Japan.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a manufacturing, testing, or laboratory environment.
• Hands-on experience with PCB assembly or testing.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware or electromechanical systems.
