What you will do

• Own the vision, multi-year strategy, and roadmap for AI security portfolio areas on the Pathfinder platform.
• Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team of product managers.
• Drive 0-to-1 product development from design-partner validation through General Availability (GA).
• Represent the company externally with customer advisory boards, executive briefings, and industry conferences.
• Develop go-to-market strategy in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and SE leadership.
• Translate research from Phantom Labs into product decisions regarding the agentic AI threat landscape.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, security research, or technical strategy, with depth in cybersecurity, identity, or cloud security.
• 5+ years of product leadership experience, including building and scaling teams.
• Proven track record of shipping AI-native products where AI fundamentally changes the value proposition.
• Deep command of PAM, IAM, secrets management, workload identity, and NHI lifecycle management.
• Strong technical fluency in AI/ML systems and the agentic threat surface.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• Hands-on familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or Claude Agent SDK.
• Recognized external voice via conference keynotes or published research.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, or SEC cyber disclosure requirements.
