Engineering Technician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Assemble and validate sub-systems and tools according to engineering drawings and schematics.
• Conduct bench and system-level tests, identify issues, and collaborate with engineers on resolutions.
• Support prototype builds and design verification to meet NPI timelines.
• Document build notes, test outcomes, and deviations for engineering review.
• Assist in drafting and releasing BOMs, ECO updates, and work instructions.
• Coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing for material procurement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and 2+ years of hands-on experience in equipment assembly and testing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, plumbing schematics, and BOMs.
• Proficiency with common hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Experience with fluid handling components (valves, Swagelok fittings).
• Familiarity with CAD viewers, PLM systems, and ERP tools (SAP is a plus).
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Horsham, PA.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or technical certificate in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics Engineering Technology.
