What you will do

• Own event project and campaign plans from kickoff to wrap, maintaining timelines and task lists in Asana.
• Coordinate vendors, internal teams, and contractors to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met.
• Manage the events calendar and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
• Handle pre-event logistics including venue bookings, swag procurement, and preparation of marketing materials.
• Provide on-site event coverage: manage attendee check-ins, triage inquiries, and support technical setups.
• Conduct post-event debriefs to capture learnings and maintain reusable templates for future events.

Requirements

• Prior experience in events, hospitality, brand activations, or field marketing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to track multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Must be based in San Francisco for on-site event coverage and physical transport of materials.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Asana, Google Sheets, or Airtable.
• Physical ability to lift and move event materials (swag boxes, banners, stands).
• Interest in or familiarity with AI and creator tools.
