What you will do

• Design and maintain enterprise reporting architecture and executive dashboards for program management.
• Develop scalable data models and BI solutions using industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and data visualization strategies.
• Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines.
• Ensure data accuracy through validation, QA, and governance processes.
• Maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, and architectural diagrams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing enterprise reporting solutions or data architecture.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or similar BI tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Previous experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations.
