Salary: $153,000 – $235,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design intuitive user experiences for buyer discovery surfaces across mobile and web.
• Contribute to the messaging platform to drive buyer re-engagement through relevant content.
• Shape ad experiences that balance buyer relevance, seller value, and ecosystem health.
• Create flows, prototypes, and polished UI to communicate design intent.
• Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to test hypotheses and iterate on features.
• Participate in design critiques and refine details to meet business and user goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals.
• Portfolio demonstrating craft, clarity of thinking, and end-to-end user experience.
• Must be based in the U.S. for remote work.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional peers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience designing consumer products, marketplaces, feeds, or notification systems.
• Interest in personalization, discovery systems, or growth-oriented product work.
