TL;DR
Strategy Manager (Telecommunications): Defining and driving transversal transformation and strategic initiatives with an accent on long-term strategy, expansion into new markets, and synergy cases. Focus on implementing large-scale transformation programs, conducting strategic analyses, and managing high-level stakeholders to align business units with company objectives.
What you will do
- Define and drive mid- to long-term strategy for the Engage and Protect business units.
- Lead strategic analyses to improve market positioning and create value in the Enterprise business.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to define and implement large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain metrics to track strategy progress and report impact to the Executive Committee.
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA highly preferred), Engineering, Strategy, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Transformation, or Management Consulting.
- Experience within the Telecommunications, Technology, SaaS, Digital Communications, or Enterprise Software industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and operating model improvements.
- Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional and international project teams.
- English proficiency is required.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with leading consulting firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture Strategy, or Deloitte Consulting.
- Experience in corporate strategy teams.
