What you will do

• Own shift segment tactical execution within the Front-End wafer fab.
• Identify and track line limiters, monitor Drumbeat adjustments, and manage Queue Time (QT) loops.
• Detect and optimize bottleneck tools using segment graphs and dashboard features.
• Manage WIP (Work in Progress) by interpreting dispatch information and executing escalation processes.
• Ensure quality expectations are met by managing Critical Queue Times (CQT) and reporting misses.
• Collaborate across shifts and departments to drive 24-hour production goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.
• High School Diploma with 4+ years of related hands-on experience or military technical experience.
• Alternatively, Associate degree in a STEM field with 2+ years of related operations/maintenance experience.
• Ability to work a compressed workweek (12-hour shifts), including potential night shifts.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience with troubleshooting tool loading optimization.
• Strong Excel skills and problem-solving acumen.
