What you will do

• Design and enhance multi-layered agentic AI systems including routers, agents, and monitoring.
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines and evaluation frameworks for LLM-based applications.
• Shape the architecture of AI solutions as they transition into the production phase.
• Implement and maintain Python-based microservices within a Kubernetes environment.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security across the AI infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including senior engineers, UX designers, and project managers.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Prague, Czech Republic.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building microservices.
• Experience with generative AI concepts such as LLM APIs, tool calling, and prompting.
• Strong background in cloud-based back-end systems and distributed architectures (Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, proactive team environment.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building agentic systems.
• Knowledge of Prompt engineering, LLM Ops, and RAG frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD development practices.
• Familiarity with data science concepts or ML infrastructure.
