What you will do

• Lead agile teams in breaking down complex customer problems into executable technical tasks.
• Design and deliver high-quality new components and features for hirify.global products.
• Mentor and coach other engineers on engineering best practices and technical designs.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders across Product, Support, and Cloud teams.
• Ensure software reliability through rigorous engineering best practices and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing enterprise-grade software.
• Proven expertise in current programming languages and tools required for the position.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Experience working within an agile organization.
• Understanding of build systems such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Must be based in Czechia or possess sponsorship to live and work in Czechia.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance and load testing applications.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experience with the Apple platform.
