What you will do

• Analyze client data to drive measurable business outcomes and provide actionable strategic recommendations.
• Mentor and coach the Customer Success Specialist team to enhance their ability to support and educate customers.
• Develop and implement an industry-leading onboarding and training program for clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align customer insights with roadmap priorities and market positioning.
• Serve as a prompt technologist to help develop and refine the company's AI automation layer.
• Represent the organization as a thought leader in public speaking engagements and webinars.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Strategy, or Customer Enablement.
• 2+ years of experience specifically within the multi-family industry.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and public speaking abilities.
• Must be based in the United States.
