What you will do

• Lead complex lifecycle initiatives and cross-functional projects within Securities Operations, including AI-enabled optimization.
• Translate operational processes into structured, scalable frameworks that support knowledge reuse and AI-driven solutions.
• Review and analyze large-scale operational challenges, evaluating multi-faceted factors to implement solutions.
• Manage expertise in key processes including client onboarding, cash payments, funding, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Collaborate with mid-to-senior managers to resolve complex issues and drive new strategic initiatives.
• Monitor daily securities and cash-related production work to ensure team effectiveness and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Charlotte, NC
• 5+ years of experience in Securities Operations.
• 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and AI enablement (e.g., Copilot) to design structured, accurate outputs.
• Strong ability in operational process mapping and breaking down complex workflows.
• Expertise in data structuring and normalization using Excel or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI or Copilot solutions in a live operational environment.
• Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate or SharePoint.
• Previous experience in contact center or frontline support environments.
• Prior experience with the end-client's internal systems and processes.
