What you will do

• Provide end-user IT support for hardware, software, and office infrastructure.
• Administer identity and access management via JumpCloud and manage the SaaS stack.
• Maintain and upgrade macOS and Windows hardware assets.
• Operate and improve process automations using tools like Zapier and n8n.
• Use SQL to support operational data analysis and assist with ERP (NetSuite) integrations.
• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and drive internal process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or technical support.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Must be based in Mexico City (CDMX).
• Hands-on experience with macOS, Windows, and SaaS administration.
• Proficiency in SQL for data investigation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with process automation tools and AI-driven productivity solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
• Coding expertise in Python, JavaScript, or HTML.
• Background in cybersecurity monitoring and endpoint protection.
• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems and API integrations.
