What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end data centers including racks, power, and structured cabling.
• Implement and defend a zero-trust network architecture using advanced firewall policies.
• Serve as a first responder for infrastructure requests and critical incident resolution.
• Manage and deploy infrastructure-as-code at scale to reduce manual toil.
• Develop internal tooling and AI agents to automate network operations and monitoring.
• Partner with security teams to ensure all network features are built with security in mind.

Requirements

• Must be based in LATAM (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, or Uruguay).
• 2+ years of experience in network engineering with a security-focused approach.
• Hands-on experience with physical data-center infrastructure (racking, cabling, power).
• Proficiency in switching (VLANs) and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, ECMP).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with Palo Alto Networks (PAN-OS/Panorama).
• Knowledge of public cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with data-center fabrics like Cisco ACI or HPE Juniper Apstra.
• Background in building defensive security systems or AI-driven developer tooling.
