Digital Marketing Associate (Dutch Native)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work setup with regular access to the central Madrid office

What you will do

• Own the marketing strategy for assigned experiences, including hirify.global Original events and partner experiences.
• Build and execute performance digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance with the growth marketing team and identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage the region’s P&L and a substantial marketing budget.
• Coordinate strategic campaign direction with Sales, Media, CRM, Design, and Content Copywriting teams.
• Build the team and grow the reach of hirify.global’s experiences.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, Facebook Ads, and other paid social platforms.
• Marketing background and experience developing strategic campaigns.
• Native-level Dutch.
• Good level of English required.
• Willingness to work in Madrid.
