What you will do

  • Monitor inventory levels, coverage, and health across assigned products and networks to identify risks of excess or obsolescence.
  • Analyze inventory drivers, including demand variability and supply performance, to optimize planning parameters.
  • Develop inventory performance metrics and dashboards to support supply and IBP discussions.
  • Manage safety stock parameters, replenishment settings, and validate master data inputs in SAP.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, and Manufacturing to resolve inventory issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging analytics to streamline inventory workflows and reduce manual tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in Inventory Planning or Supply Chain Analytics.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret complex inventory data and trends.
  • Proficiency in inventory metrics, replenishment concepts, and planning parameters.
  • Must be able to work from the Kennewick, WA office.

Nice to have

  • ASCM inventory or CPIM coursework or certifications.
