What you will do

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, and Meta ad networks.
• Analyze campaign performance to implement proactive and reactive optimization strategies.
• Track and report key performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct competitive research to develop offensive and defensive market positioning.
• Provide actionable recommendations for landing page optimizations.
• Collaborate with the Paid Media Operations team on new account and campaign launches.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of paid media experience in an agency environment
• Experience with performance reporting platforms like Looker Studio or NinjaCat
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas and data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
