OneStream Developer (Financial Management)

What you will do

• Support the design and implementation of a OneStream financial management platform under the guidance of a Technical Lead.
• Develop data integrations, cubes, dimension metadata, workflows, dashboards, business rules, and financial calculations.
• Participate in client discovery sessions, refine business requirements, and demonstrate system functionality to stakeholders.
• Support system testing documentation, execution, and user acceptance testing.
• Create and deliver end-user training materials.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align solutions with financial reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Hands-on experience or foundational knowledge with OneStream or a similar EPM/CPM platform, Microsoft VB.NET, SQL, IBM Cognos TM1, and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management.
• Experience supporting financial systems implementations or enhancements.
• Strong client communication, organization, time management, problem-solving, and professional presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and technical and functional teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, management reporting, GAAP, or federal reporting frameworks.
• Experience with OneStream financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning systems.
• Exposure to federal financial environments or ERP systems such as GFEBS, SAP, or Oracle.
• Previous experience working with a federal agency or Department of War.
• Experience building customer and vendor relationships and complying with data standards and policies.
