What you will do

• Lead deployment, management, and configuration of Palo Alto security solutions.
• Act as a technical escalation point and mentor for junior engineers.
• Perform capacity planning and hardware specification recommendations.
• Develop custom rules, workflows, and third-party system integrations.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing and resolve complex configuration issues.
• Maintain runbooks and procedural documentation for client environments.

Requirements

• Current PCNSE certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Palo Alto technologies.
• Minimum 5 years of professional Information Security experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing or consulting capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior colleagues.
