What you will do

• Design and evolve cybersecurity operations architecture, translating risks into measurable operational programs.
• Conduct security architecture reviews for platforms and integrations to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Implement defense and detection strategies, including log pipelines and correlation logic across multi-cloud environments.
• Develop AI-augmented security operations, focusing on automated triage, behavioral analytics, and anomaly detection.
• Define AI SecOps pipelines and collaborate on threat modeling for AI misuse and data leakage.
• Mentor security engineers and serve as a senior advisor on operational risk and technology investments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 5+ years of experience in security operations architecture across Cloud, Infrastructure, and SaaS.
• 5+ years of experience operating security platforms across AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
• 5+ years of experience with detection engineering and security automation.
• 2+ years of demonstrable experience with AI development and its application to SecOps.
• Proven experience conducting security architecture reviews for operational platforms.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with AI threat modeling for misuse, data leakage, and supply-chain exposure.
• Track record of mentoring cybersecurity engineers and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
