What you will do
- Implement and manage SLOs/SLIs for critical hybrid services to meet uptime and readiness targets.
- Automate foundational on-prem utilities (DHCP, PXE, NTP) to keep remote CI-based hardware benches provisioned and ready.
- Build and optimize observability (dashboards and alerting) to detect degradation early and reduce MTTR.
- Own integrity and performance of data ingestion paths from physical test benches through secure cloud network dependencies.
- Replace manual repetitive operations with robust automation primitives and self-service tools.
- Provide technical guidance and peer reviews to improve code quality and resilient architecture.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or DevOps, ideally in a hybrid cloud environment.
- Strong Linux systems administration skills and experience managing core networking services (DHCP/PXE).
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools (Chef, Ansible, or Terraform).
- Ability to break down broad technical problems into implementation-ready initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Growth-based mindset with commitment to continuous learning in a high-velocity environment.
- Coding experience using Python/Go.

- Compensation range: $148,100 to $222,000, plus bonus potential based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
